PASSENGER FRONT FENDER SMASHED AND LIGHTS DON'T WORK – CHECK INTO WIRING HARNESS. SERPENTINE BELT IS CRACKED BAD – OIL BARELY ONTO DIPSTICK. LICENSE PLATE APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN REMOVED. ENTIRE MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION COVERED IN OIL – RECOMMEND REPLACE VACUUM PUMP AND VALVE COVER GASKET AND CLEAN TO MONITOR FOR ANY ADDITIONAL OIL LEAKS. START WITH BATTERY, BELT, AND OIL CHANGE AFTER.
